We are hiring for the position of Telecaller for our team.

Location: Gurugram, Sector 65
Experience: 1–2 Years ( Freshers can Apply but must have valuable communication )
Role: Telecalling

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, lead generation, regular follow-ups, explaining real estate projects, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling site visits.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Real Estate
Valuable English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential customers
Generate and follow up on leads
Understand customer requirements and property preferences
Explain project details, pricing & offers
Maintain lead/customer records and achieve calling & business targets

Work Location: In person
