Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company websites.
Source candidates through Job portals, databases, referrals, and skilled networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with Dep HODs.
Solid salary negotiation and candidate handling skills are a must.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding and joining formalities & Induction program for new joiners
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labour laws.
Hands-on experience in factory/manufacturing recruitment is essential.
Participate in job fair, Campus drive, and recruitment events
Preferably looking for a local candidate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
