Telecaller – Job Description

Location: Calicut (Kozhikode)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and confident Telecallers to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company services and offerings clearly.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling targets.

Requirements
Degree qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
