We are hiring Outbound Calling Executives for an international voice process, calling customers in the United States as a SDR Marketing Team for the Client.

This is a fully in-office role at our Dwarka, Delhi office.

What you will do
Make outbound calls to US customers from a provided lead list
Introduce the offer clearly and find out if the customer is interested
Book callbacks with our specialist team for interested customers
Handle questions and objections politely and professionally
Record every call outcome accurately in our dashboard

What we are looking for
Excellent spoken English. A transparent, US accent is strongly preferred, and US/UK customer exposure is a plus
Confident on the phone and comfortable with rejection
0–2 years of experience in an international BPO, telesales or customer support (freshers with robust communication are welcome)
Basic computer skills




Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
Willing to work night shift in US hours

Shift & schedule
Night shift, Monday to Friday (US business hours)
Approx. ( 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (shifts by 1 hour when US daylight saving ends in November)
Weekends off
