Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week | Sunday Off

Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including Reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content, and Marketing teams.
Create engaging content ideas based on trends, audience interests, and brand goals.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates.
Manage comments, messages, and community engagement.
Track social media performance, reach, engagement, and lead generation.




Prepare performance reports and implement strategies for continuous growth.
Maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity.
Use AI and social media tools to improve content creation and productivity.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing.
Solid knowledge of major social media platforms and algorithms.
Excellent communication, creativity, and content planning skills.
Knowledge of social media analytics and paid campaigns is an advantage.
Healthcare, Dermatology, Beauty, or Wellness industry experience is preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
