Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote RJ Atlas Jewellery’s products, schemes, and services and develop current customer relationships through field activities.

Key Responsibilities
Visit different locations and identify potential customers.
Promote jewellery products, customer schemes, offers, and services.
Generate new leads through direct field marketing.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into customers.
Encourage existing customers to continue and renew schemes.
Conduct customer visits and market surveys when required.
Collect and share accurate customer information and field reports.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Coordinate with the showroom and marketing team.
Maintain proper attendance and GPS/location tracking during field work.




Handle customers professionally and follow company policies.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
Ability to approach and communicate with current customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Previous experience in field marketing, sales, jewellery, finance, or customer relations is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
