Position: Team Leader – Insurance Sales

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of insurance sales executives.
Drive the team to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and productivity.
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
Motivate team members and improve overall sales performance.
Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

Eligibility & Skills
Strong communication skills in Kannada and English.




Prior experience in insurance sales, telesales, banking, BFSI, or related sales processes.
Previous experience managing or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
Robust target-oriented and people-management skills.
Good negotiation, objection-handling, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
