Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OPD Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s Outpatient Department. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, patient-handling, coordination, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily OPD operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front-office staff, and other departments.
Monitor patient registration, appointments, billing, and waiting times.
Ensure excellent patient service and address patient concerns professionally.
Manage OPD staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate with consultants and hospital management for smooth operations.
Monitor OPD processes and maintain required documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards.




Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.
Prepare and submit regular OPD performance reports to management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in hospital OPD/front-office/operations management.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team management and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of hospital processes, billing, appointments, and patient management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
