Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years (minimum 6 months of hands-on IT support experience required)

Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree (BCA, B.Sc-IT, B.E./B.Tech CS-IT preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues and to help maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Manage user accounts, access rights, and basic Active Directory tasks
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues
Log, track, and resolve support tickets within SLA timelines
Support email configuration, MS Office, and business applications
Perform routine system updates,



patches, and antivirus/security checks
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, AMC, and repairs
Maintain IT asset inventory, warranty records, and documentation
Provide in office/remote support, including basic server room checks

Skills Required:
Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networking)
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and the Windows Server environment
Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA-based support
Good communication and vendor coordination skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
