Work Experience

Total Experience of 8 to 12+ years

5+ years (Team handling of on roll employees as an FLL/SLL in current/past).





Candidate preferably should have an SLL experience of handling onroll team members at FLL.

Stable profile in the last 3 Org. stints is Mandatory.

Very good in English communication.

Expertise in sales team and partner/distributor management along with overall P&L; management.

Industry experience is mandatory
