Processes: Inbound Voice | Outbound | Blended (Email + Voice) | (70% Chat + 30% Voice)

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate
Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply
Experienced: Minimum 6 months BPO/Pvt. Ltd. experience with proper documentation
Typing Speed: 25–35 WPM (process dependent)
Positive Communication Skills – Level 4+
Original 12th Marksheet required at joining
BGV will be conducted

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, email and chat
Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally
Maintain valuable communication and customer service standards
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Maintain proper customer interaction records

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
