Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms and changes in condition
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive workplace for patients
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans
Follow hospital policies, protocols, and infection control standards
Respond promptly to medical emergencies
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing)
Valid nursing license/registration
Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (freshers may apply if applicable)
Robust clinical and critical thinking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Skills:
Experience in hospital or clinical settings
Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
