We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead and manage the centre's operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, a passion for education and training, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall management and operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead a team of academic and administrative staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual enrollment and revenue targets.
Drive marketing and outreach efforts to promote the centre’s programs and increase brand visibility in the local market.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality training and services to students, maintaining Centre's standards.
Monitor student enrollment, feedback, and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.




Handle student and parent inquiries, offering effective solutions to meet their educational and career needs.
Maintain accurate records of student enrollments, financial transactions, and operational metrics.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Identify opportunities for growth, including partnerships, recent programs, or market expansion.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,396.75 - ₹32,000.00 per month
