Brief Job Description
Oversee the planning and scheduling of all production activities within the PEB division.
Ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget.
Monitor and control materials inventory to ensure the continuous flow of production.
Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
Coordinate with sales, design, and procurement teams to align production with customer orders and capacity.
Analyze production data and implement improvements in production efficiency.
Develop and manage the production budget and ensure cost-effective production.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Regularly report to the Directors on production activities and performance.

Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.




Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role in the PEB industry or a related field.
Solid understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in production planning software and other relevant computer applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Robust communication skills.
