Position: Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant for a legal company who has robust knowledge of accounting and MCA compliance. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial records, statutory compliance, and handling MCA-related filings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Maintain ledgers, invoices, payments, receipts and bank reconciliation.
Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Manage MCA compliance, ROC filings and company-related statutory forms.
Maintain proper corporate records and compliance documents.
Coordinate with CA/CS and other specialists for audits and statutory requirements.
Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in MCA/ROC compliance and filings.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.
Good communication and documentation skills.
