About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable company offerings.
Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, presentable, and skilled personality.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Strong common sense and problem-solving mindset.
Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
