We are looking for a Back Office Executive who can handle customer inquiries, understand their exact requirements, coordinate with our team, and help convert interested inquiries into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, leads, and inquiries related to customized software and textile products.
Understand the customer's exact requirement, budget, and business needs.
Explain our services and provide the right solution and guidance to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and arrange meetings or demonstrations.
Maintain regular communication with customers and solve their basic queries.
Coordinate between customers/members and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Share customer requirements with the development team and take updates from developers.
Help customers understand how they can get more advantages from our software/services.




Maintain proper follow-up records and ensure no key lead or customer query is missed.

Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and Excel.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions clearly.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can act as a communication bridge between the customer and our internal team, understand requirements properly, maintain follow-ups, and build good customer relationships.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
