Relationship Officer LAP

Experience: 1–4 years in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities
Generate and source Loan Against Property (LAP) leads through direct and channel sales.
Handle customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Build and maintain robust customer and DSA relationships.
Collect documents and coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.
Conduct field visits and achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in LAP/Mortgage/secured lending preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Target-oriented with valuable local market knowledge.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
