We are looking for a Research Analyst to identify and research potential US-based clients, collect accurate company and contact information, and build targeted lead lists. The role will involve reaching out to prospects through email, introducing our staffing/recruiting services, following up with leads, and generating recent client prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential US-based clients and decision-makers.
Build and maintain accurate lead databases.
Send professional emails and conduct regular follow-ups.
Identify client hiring needs and generate current business opportunities.
Maintain lead activity and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the recruiting/sales team to convert leads into active clients.
Pay: ₹21,041.49 - ₹28,332.74 per month
Work Location: In person
