Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets in the allocated territory. Handle dealer orders, ensure billing/collection and maintain relationships. Execute field activities such as farmer meetings, demos, retailer visits. Conduct daily territory coverage and maintain visit reports. Promote Biofactor products and create product demand. Collect market intelligence (competitor pricing, schemes, products). Coordinate with ASM and ensure proper implementation of sales strategy. Collect farmers data.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Agriculture or any graduation with agri sales experience. 1- year in fertilizer, bio-products, or agri-input sales. Solid field orientation and communication.
Ability to build dealer/farmer relations.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
