HR Executive – Diagnostic Centre / Home Care
Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years in HR Recruitment / Healthcare Recruitment
Job Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities
Recruit Phlebotomists, Home Care Nurses, Telecallers, Runners, and Field Staff.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and basic HR activities.
Coordinate with operations teams for manpower requirements and replacements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Diagnostic Centres, Hospitals, Home Care, Healthcare, or Field Staff Recruitment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
