Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and business applications.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
Configure Outlook, Microsoft Office, printers, scanners, and other office applications.
Install antivirus software and ensure endpoint security compliance.
Perform system upgrades, software updates, and regular maintenance.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Provide remote and in office technical support to employees.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
Perform data backup and recovery when required.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
