BDS Recruiter – Clove Dental

Qualification: BDS/MDS

Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Banjara Hills - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment of BDS/MDS dentists across Clove Dental clinics.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, specialization, location, and compensation.
Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offers, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain a robust pipeline for Senior Dentist, Clinic Head, Specialist, and Resident Dentist positions.
Partner with clinic/operations teams to close positions within defined TAT/SLA.

Key Skills: Dental/Healthcare recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation, candidate engagement, and solid communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
