Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and ensure minimum breakdown time.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance technicians and operators.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists, and reports.
Coordinate with production teams for maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Manage spare parts availability and maintenance expenses.
Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
Analyze breakdown causes and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Required Skills & Competencies:




Robust knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Preventive maintenance planning skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and safety practices.
Valuable documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
Relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
ITI/ Any degree

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
