Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to monitor academic and operational activities, address student concerns, and support continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the quality of academic and student-related activities.
Identify and address student issues and concerns.
Coordinate with faculty and branch teams to resolve student problems.
Collect and review student feedback regularly.
Follow up with students to ensure their concerns are properly resolved.
Maintain records of student complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
Conduct quality checks on classes and academic processes.




Identify areas for improvement and report them to management.
Prepare basic quality and feedback reports.
Ensure organizational standards and procedures are followed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
0–2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to interact professionally with students and staff.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
