Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
Manage budgets and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
Develop customer acquisition, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams to drive revenue growth.

Requirements
4+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
D2C/E-commerce experience mandatory.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Experience managing and scaling paid advertising budgets.
Good understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Experience with Shopify & GA4 is preferred.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
