We are looking for an experienced and motivated F&B; Manager to oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring excellent guest service, effective operations, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquet and F&B; outlets.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, purchasing and stock levels.
Control food and beverage costs and minimize wastage.
Prepare staff schedules and manage departmental manpower.
Monitor sales, revenue and departmental expenses.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
2–5 years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Positive knowledge of food service, cost control and inventory management.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
