Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates until selection and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.
Build and maintain an active candidate database.
Work on multiple positions across different industries.
Achieve assigned recruitment and closure targets.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Target-oriented and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
Freshers with an interest in recruitment are welcome.

Preferred Candidate
MBA HR / HR specialization preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
