PATHOLOGY LAB TECHNICIAN

Job Summary

We are looking for a Pathology Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory investigations, sample collection/processing, documentation and quality-control activities while ensuring accuracy, safety and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, receive, label and process patient samples as per SOPs.
Perform routine pathology laboratory tests as per assigned competency.
Operate laboratory equipment and maintain required records.
Perform internal quality-control activities and maintain QC documentation.
Ensure accurate entry and recording of test results in HMS/LIS.
Follow NABL, NABH, infection-control, laboratory safety and biomedical waste protocols.
Report critical, abnormal or doubtful results to the Lab In-charge/Pathologist.
Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper storage of samples, reagents and consumables.
Coordinate with doctors,



nursing staff and other hospital departments.
Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled conduct.

Qualification

DMLT / DMLS / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent recognized qualification.

Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers may also apply.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in a hospital/pathology laboratory and knowledge of NABL/NABH practices will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
