Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for our Malayalam Voice Sales Process in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Update customer details in the CRM/system.




Follow company sales processes and quality guidelines.
Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility & Skills
Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Service, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
Freshers with good Malayalam communication skills can also apply.
