Responsibilities:
Supervise staff.
Train staff to perform allocated roles.
Manage inventory.
Assist customers with any queries or requests.
Providing transparent instructions and guidance on completing assigned tasks
Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees
Conducting regular check-ins and team meetings to understand employees' concerns
Providing regular feedback to help employees perform their duties efficiently

Requirements:
Any Degree
Prior experience as Floor Manager or Sales Manager in Retail
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organized.
