Experience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for dimensional inspection of components.
Perform inspection as per drawings, control plans, and inspection standards.
Understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, and basic tolerance concepts.
Prepare and execute CMM inspection programs as per component requirements.
Measure critical dimensions, profiles, geometrical tolerances, and positional tolerances.
Generate and maintain CMM inspection reports and measurement records.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
Identify deviations and coordinate with Production/Quality teams for corrective action.




Maintain calibration status and proper handling of CMM equipment.
Follow quality procedures and IATF 16949 requirements.
Maintain inspection records and support internal/customer quality requirements.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of CMM operation and measurement techniques.
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
Familiarity with CMM software Calypso.
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
Valuable analytical and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
