Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Safety Supervisor to ensure secure working practices, HSE compliance and effective implementation of safety standards at the RIL Hazira site.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day HSE and safety activities at site.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, HSE standards and statutory requirements.
Conduct site safety inspections, toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
Identify hazards and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor PPE compliance, work permits and protected working practices.
Support incident/near-miss investigation and implementation of corrective actions.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for secure execution of work.
Maintain safety reports,



records and other required documentation.

Qualification & Experience
B.Tech / B.E.: Minimum 2 years of relevant Safety experience.
Diploma / B.Sc.: Minimum 5 years of relevant Safety experience.
ITI / Graduate: Minimum 10 years of relevant Safety experience.
Fire & Safety certification is mandatory – PDIS / ADIS or equivalent.
Experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Manufacturing / Industrial projects will be preferred.
