Ensuring SOP adherence for the lobby area and customer lounge.
Coordinating with housekeeping, cleaning, and pantry staff for prompt service.
Maintaining and updating the showroom walk-in leads register.
Maintaining the test drive scheduling register.
Maintaining the test drive checklist.
Maintaining the events leads register.
Maintaining and updating the showroom readiness checklist.
Maintaining and updating the satisfaction-at-exit feedback form.
Ensuring the availability of the welcome kit, brochures, and price lists.
Monitoring the washroom checklist.
SYK & test drive calling.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
