Job Profile :

Candidate Onboarding Process :
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including contract verification and compliance checks & training.
Guide candidates through onboarding requirements and ensure timely completion of all formalities.
Liaise with internal departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

Candidate Document Management :
Collect, review, verify, and organize candidate documents.
Maintain digital and physical records while ensuring compliance with company and immigration requirements.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly labeled before processing.

Candidate Data Management :
Create, update, and maintain accurate candidate profiles in the database.
Verify candidate information and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Coordinate with finance and internal teams to maintain accurate candidate records.

Candidate Support :
Provide continuous support to candidates throughout the recruitment, training and migration process.
Conduct interview preparation sessions, resolve candidate queries, and provide regular progress updates.




Maintain consistent communication through phone, email, and video meetings to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Education Management :
Monitor candidate attendance, course progress, examinations, and training performance.
Coordinate with training partners and internal teams to address academic or performance concerns.
Assist candidates in completing educational milestones required for successful migration and placement.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree/ Masters
Experience in recruitment, migration, customer service, or a related field is preferred; Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced work workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
