Job Summary

ASE Technologies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment and help build a solid talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offers, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support volume, lateral, and campus hiring activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree; HR/MBA preferred.
1–3 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
