Position Summary

InspiraDx Health Solutions LLP is looking for a qualified and patient-friendly Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic team. The role involves sample collection along with basic administrative and customer-handling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Phlebotomy & Sample Handling

Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection following standard protocols
Proper labeling, handling, and storage of samples
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
Coordinate with labs for timely dispatch of samples
Customer Handling
Attend patients politely and explain test procedures
Handle walk-in patient queries and basic counselling
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and collection centers
Administrative & Documentation Work
Maintain patient records and test details accurately
Prepare reports, receipts,



and basic documentation
Data entry and record maintenance using MS Excel
Assist in billing, sample tracking, and daily registers

Required Qualifications
DMLT / BSc MLT / Certified Phlebotomy course
Minimum 1–2 years experience preferred (freshers with good skills may apply)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Valuable communication skills (Malayalam required; English preferred)

Preferred Skills
Candidates residing in or around Kozhikode
Experience working in diagnostic labs or hospitals
Basic knowledge of NABL / lab quality practices (added advantage)
Organized, responsible, and patient-focused attitude
