About the Role

College Guru is looking for an Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding suitable courses, colleges, and admission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle company-provided qualified leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand students’ academic background, interests, and admission requirements.
Provide accurate information about suitable courses, colleges, and admission processes.
Counsel students and parents and assist them throughout the admission process.
Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
Convert qualified enquiries into admissions.
Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
Work towards monthly sales commitments.




Performance above the monthly commitment will be eligible for additional incentives.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in Admission Counselling, Academic Counselling, Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Inside Sales preferred.
Good communication and counselling skills.
Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
Ability to interact professionally with students and parents.
Malayalam – Mandatory.
Basic English communication skills required.
Hindi/Tamil – Added advantage.
