Job Responsibilities:
Manage and achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
Handle and motivate the sales team.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, distributors and retailers.
Plan field visits and monitor team performance.
Generate current business and expand market coverage.
Track sales, stock and market activities.
Submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Ayurvedic/Pharma sales.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Robust knowledge of the local market.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Pay: ₹20,000.70 - ₹58,218.59 per month
