We are looking for an experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Requirements:
Expertise in Chinese, Tandoor & Indian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations.
Ability to manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth service.
Valuable understanding of hygiene, food safety and quality standards.
Relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant workplace preferred.
