Onboarding & Recruitment: Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting employee orientations, and issuing employment contracts.
Records Management: Maintaining accurate digital and physical HR records, including personnel files and employee forms.
Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for staff queries, advantages enrollment, and welfare concerns.
HR Operations: Assisting with payroll processing, monitoring attendance/timekeeping, and updating HRIS systems.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
