Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, receipts, dispatches, and warehouse transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update warehouse and inventory data accurately in ERP/software and Excel.
Record incoming and outgoing stock, purchase receipts, sales dispatches, returns, and transfers.
Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challan, stock transfer, and other warehouse-related documents.
Verify physical stock against system records and report discrepancies.
Maintain daily stock and inventory reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales, and accounts teams for data accuracy.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse records.




Support regular stock counting and reconciliation.
Ensure all data is entered accurately and on time.
Perform other administrative tasks related to warehouse operations as required.

Requirements
Any Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Software will be an advantage.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
