Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, tenants, and property owners.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers regarding properties, rentals, and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property or service information.
Schedule property visits and coordinate with customers and field teams.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversions.
Resolve basic customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Update customer details, call records, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Maintain skilled communication and build positive customer relationships.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of call activities and lead progress.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
