Key Responsibilities
Assist the Homeroom Teacher in planning and delivering lessons based on the IB curriculum
Support differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
Help in preparing teaching materials, learning resources, and classroom displays.
Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts.
Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom setting.
Monitor student behavior and encourage adherence to school values and policies.
Assist in maintaining discipline and classroom organization.
Help supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events.
Ensure safety and well-being of all students at all times.
Assist in observing and documenting student progress.
Support in maintaining portfolios, records, and assessment data.
Help in preparing reports and feedback for parents.
Work closely with the Homeroom Teacher, subject teachers, and IB Coordinator.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and IB workshops.
Contribute to school events, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications & Skills:




Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
Knowledge or training in IB curriculum- PYP is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for child-centered and inquiry-based learning.
Basic classroom management and organizational skills.

Experience
Freshers with strong aptitude and training in IB pedagogy may also be considered.
