Sales / Business Development Manager – Lending

salary : 10-12lpa

Experience: 5+ Years | Qualification: MBA / Graduate

Industry: NBFC / Banking

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire SME & Large Enterprise customers through direct sales and channel partners.

Handle SME Loans, Business Loans, Working Capital, Equipment & Term Loans.

Prepare CAMs and analyze financial statements, ratios and security documents.

Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for loan sanctions and renewals.

Build robust customer/channel relationships and generate current business.

Achieve sales targets and monitor market & competitor activities.

Ensure timely processing and support delinquency control.

Required Skills:

Robust communication, business acumen, networking, financial analysis, sales & channel management, target-oriented approach

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
