Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our customer support team. Freshers with valuable English communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior BPO, voice, chat, or email support experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to emails professionally.
Understand and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and TAT targets.




Follow company processes and guidelines.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
BPO / Customer Service / Voice / Chat / Email support experience is an advantage.
International call centre experience will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational day shifts.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
