Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Assist customers with seating and provide menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials when required.
Serve food and beverages to customers according to restaurant standards.
Ensure tables are properly arranged and maintained.
Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar/café team to ensure timely order service.
Handle customer requests and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.
Process bills and assist with payment collection when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counters, and other assigned areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Replenish cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other service items.
Assist the team during busy periods, events, and peak operating hours.
Follow company policies,



service standards, and operating procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
