Job Summary

Responsible for promoting academy courses, conducting field surveys, generating leads, building relationships, and supporting student admissions through effective sales and marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities
Promote academy courses through field sales and marketing activities.
Conduct regular market surveys to identify potential students and institutions.
Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other potential locations.
Collect and analyse basic market information and customer requirements.
Identify new areas and opportunities for student admissions.
Generate leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and promotional activities.
Explain courses, training programs, and career prospects to prospective students.
Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, campaigns, and promotional events.




Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback.
Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and admission targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
Willingness to travel for field activities.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
