Join Our Jewellery Sales Team!

We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Jewellery Sales Executive to create exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and support the showroom team.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, understand their needs and convert walk-ins into sales.
Drive sales through effective selling, cross-selling and scheme promotion.
Prepare estimates and explain pricing, offers and billing clearly.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Guide and train AJCs and support the sales team.
Maintain stock accuracy, product displays, safety and counter standards.
Handle customer returns and coordinate with billing and other departments.
Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day counter operations.

Requirements:




3–8 years of jewellery showroom sales experience
Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills
Excellent Tamil communication; English is an advantage
Reputed jewellery brand experience preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
