Job Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for operating production machinery, assembling products, monitoring the manufacturing process, and ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards. The role requires following standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining a clean and secure work area, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Perform assembly, packing, labeling, and other production activities as required.
Inspect products during production to identify defects or quality issues.
Record production quantities, machine readings, and other required information.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Follow all company health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Report machine problems, material shortages, quality issues, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
Perform basic machine cleaning, adjustments, and routine checks where authorized.




Work closely with supervisors and other team members to achieve production targets.
Minimize material waste and follow proper handling and storage procedures.
Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications
High school/ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of machinery and production processes.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Valuable attention to detail and quality awareness.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Working Conditions
Work may involve standing for extended periods.
May require shift work, including night shifts.
May involve working around machinery, noise, heat, or other manufacturing conditions.
Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
